You do not need to visit every emirate on the same day. Pick the cities and experiences your group genuinely wants, and we will sequence the private vehicle around geography, ticket times and your required return.

Suggested Tour Route

For a first UAE programme, use one major destination per day or combine nearby emirates. Dubai and Sharjah can share a day when the stops are selective; Sharjah and Ajman combine naturally; Ajman and Umm Al Quwain can work together; Dubai to Abu Dhabi, Fujairah or Ras Al Khaimah is better treated as a dedicated full day. For a 3–5 day programme, keep the same group in one appropriately sized vehicle and build each day around a clear geographic zone.

A good UAE tour is not the number of emirates you can claim in one day. For meaningful sightseeing, use one major emirate per day or combine geographically close cities with a controlled stop list.

Dubai — Al Fahidi, Creek & Souks

Bur Dubai / Deira

Use Old Dubai when your group wants the trading and heritage side of the city rather than only skyscrapers. Al Fahidi's restored wind-tower houses, Dubai Creek and the Gold/Spice Souk area work naturally together. We can drop the group on one side of the Creek and collect after an abra/souk walk rather than making a large coach chase passengers through narrow historic streets.

Public abra fare, museums and paid heritage products are separate from the private vehicle.

Dubai — Palm Jumeirah, Marina & Downtown

Palm Jumeirah / Dubai Marina / Downtown

Choose this modern-Dubai route for Palm Jumeirah, Atlantis exterior/viewpoint, Dubai Marina/JBR and Downtown Dubai. Burj Khalifa, Dubai Aquarium, The View or other paid attractions need their own ticket window, so tell us if the group is entering rather than only stopping for photographs.

Attraction tickets and parking are separate unless the written quote says otherwise.

Abu Dhabi — Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque

Abu Dhabi

Make the Grand Mosque one of the first timed stops on an Abu Dhabi day. It is one of the capital's defining landmarks and official Abu Dhabi itineraries recommend giving it real time rather than using it as a quick exterior photograph. Dress and Friday visitor timings should be checked before departure.

Current official visitor entry is free. Modest clothing is required, and women need a headscarf.

Abu Dhabi — Qasr Al Watan, Corniche & Saadiyat

2–5+ hrs depending entry

Al Ras Al Akhdar / Corniche / Saadiyat

Use Qasr Al Watan for palace architecture and UAE governance/history, then combine the Corniche or Emirates Palace area before heading to Saadiyat for Louvre Abu Dhabi if your group wants an indoor cultural attraction. Official Abu Dhabi itineraries themselves treat these as substantial stops, not quick drive-bys.

Qasr Al Watan and Louvre Abu Dhabi require paid admission. Tickets are separate and should be timed before the route is finalised.

Sharjah — Heart of Sharjah

Sharjah Corniche / heritage district

Heart of Sharjah is the strongest starting point for a culture-focused Sharjah day. The restored merchant district includes coral-walled houses, traditional lanes, museums, galleries, souks and heritage architecture. It works particularly well for schools, cultural visitors and groups that want a walking component rather than only bus sightseeing.

Individual museum/gallery admissions are separate where applicable; large buses need an agreed collection point.

Sharjah — Museum of Islamic Civilization & Al Noor Mosque

1.5–3 hrs

Corniche / Khalid Lagoon

The Museum of Islamic Civilization contains more than 5,000 historical artifacts across seven galleries, while Al Noor Mosque gives the group an Ottoman-inspired landmark on Khalid Lagoon. Non-Muslim visitors can join the mosque's public guided-visit programme when current timings allow, making this a meaningful cultural pairing rather than a generic photo circuit.

Museum and mosque visitor programme/ticket arrangements should be checked in advance; any paid admission is separate from transport.

Ajman — Ajman Museum

45–90 min

Ajman City / near Corniche

Ajman Museum is a strong compact heritage stop because it sits in the city centre beside the traditional souq area and within walking distance of the Corniche. The museum covers traditional architecture, archaeological finds and historical collections, so it gives the group context before a relaxed waterfront stop.

Current official opening hours are 8:00 AM–8:00 PM daily. Any museum admission is separate.

Ajman — Corniche & Al Zorah Mangroves

1–3+ hrs

Ajman Corniche / Al Zorah

Ajman Corniche is a four-kilometre waterfront with beach, cafés and restaurants, while Al Zorah Nature Reserve protects roughly one million square metres of mangrove forest and supports around 58 bird species. Choose the Corniche for an easy family break; choose Al Zorah when the group wants kayaking/nature.

Kayaking, golf, beach-club or other Al Zorah products are separately booked and charged.

Umm Al Quwain — Fort / National Museum

45–90 min

Old Umm Al Quwain

The UAQ Fort/National Museum is one of the emirate's main heritage anchors. The fort dates to 1768 and later became a museum, with maritime tools, traditional jewellery, documents, weapons and exhibits explaining older coastal life. It is a useful cultural stop for groups continuing between Ajman and the northern emirates.

Check current museum opening/admission before travel; any ticket is separate from the vehicle.

Umm Al Quwain — Mangroves, Islands & Dreamland

1–4+ hrs

UAQ coast / Al Sinniya area / Dreamland

UAQ is strongest when you use its quiet coastal character instead of trying to imitate Dubai. The emirate has extensive mangroves and offshore islands including Al Sinniya, while Dreamland Aqua Park is a major family attraction. A nature/heritage stop can combine with Ajman; a water-park visit needs a much longer waiting block.

Boat, kayak, water-park and other recreational products are separately charged.

Ras Al Khaimah — Jebel Jais

2–4+ hrs

Hajar Mountains

Jebel Jais is the UAE's highest peak at about 1,934 metres and should be the main anchor of a mountain-focused RAK day. A scenic viewing stop is different from a Jais Flight or other timed adventure activity, so tell us whether your group is sightseeing or actually participating before we price the vehicle waiting.

Jebel Jais paid activities are separate. Activity eligibility and current operating status should be checked before booking.

Ras Al Khaimah — Dhayah Fort & Al Jazeera Al Hamra

1.5–3 hrs

Dhayah / Al Jazirah Al Hamra

Use Dhayah Fort for mountain/coastal history and panoramic views, then choose Al Jazeera Al Hamra for a preserved former pearling and fishing settlement. The two sites are in different parts of the emirate, so they fit best on a heritage-led RAK day rather than being added after a long Jebel Jais activity.

Dhayah includes a stair climb; consider heat and mobility before assigning it to every group.

Fujairah — Fort, Museum & Sheikh Zayed Mosque

2–3.5 hrs

Fujairah City

A focused Fujairah City route should begin with the fort and museum for heritage context, then add Sheikh Zayed Mosque as the major modern religious/architectural landmark. This combination gives the group more substance than simply driving to the east coast for a beach photograph.

Museum or other paid entries are separate where charged; mosque dress and visitor rules should be respected.

Fujairah — Al Bidyah Mosque & Al Aqah

Northern Fujairah coast

Al Bidyah Mosque, dating to around 1599 in current Fujairah Tourism information, gives the group one of the emirate's strongest historic stops. Al Aqah adds the beach/resort and marine side of the east coast. Because both are north of Fujairah City, treat them as a deliberate extension and reduce other city stops.

Resort day passes, diving, snorkelling and marine activities are separate from the vehicle rental.

Your group can also build the programme around nature, mountains, culture, beaches or corporate hospitality. Best Bus or Van for the Tour

Choose around passengers, luggage, road time and coach access. The vehicle that fits a five-hour city tour may not be the best vehicle for a four-day UAE itinerary.

Our minimum booking is 7 passengers. For seven to twelve touring guests, a 12–15-seat Toyota Hiace / Nissan Urvan-style van is normally the strongest starting point because it leaves space for day bags and gives easier access in historic districts. How long does UAE City Tours take?

A focused single-city tour can work in about 5 hours, while a proper single-emirate or nearby two-city day usually needs 8–10 hours. Dubai plus Abu Dhabi, Dubai plus Fujairah, Dubai plus Ras Al Khaimah or other long inter-emirate combinations normally need about 10–12 hours if you want meaningful stops. We do not recommend trying to properly tour all seven emirates in one day; use a multi-day programme if you want real sightseeing rather than coach-window photography.

Does the tour include a driver or guide?

The private vehicle includes a professional driver for the booked duty. The driver is not automatically a licensed sightseeing guide. If you want a guide to travel with the group and explain UAE history, culture and landmarks, request the preferred language and hours before the tour. Guide availability must be confirmed in advance and the guide is charged separately from the van, minibus or coach.

Which vehicle size is recommended?

The minimum booking is 7 passengers. For 7–12 guests, we normally start with a 12–15-seat Hiace/Urvan-style passenger van. For 13–20 guests, a Coaster/20–24-seat minibus gives better all-day comfort. For around 18–28 guests, a 30–35-seat bus is practical, while roughly 30–45 guests normally suit a 49–55-seat touring coach. If the itinerary includes hotel checkout, airport luggage, shopping, beach equipment or several days on the road, practical luggage space can require a larger vehicle.
