Daily / Short-Term Pricing

For short-term or one-off duty, pricing depends on whether the job is a single transfer or a vehicle reserved for several hours. A current Dubai pick-and-drop provider publishes about AED 400 for a one-trip sedan within Dubai. For group vehicles, current 2026 chauffeur benchmarks are roughly AED 450–650 for a five-hour High-Roof Hiace and AED 750–1,000 for a ten-hour day; larger Coaster/bus classes cost more. Short-term recurring staff duty should be quoted from the actual daily route rather than multiplying a taxi fare.

Monthly / Contract Pricing

Current 2026 commuter guidance places shared intra-Dubai monthly pick-and-drop around AED 750–1,500 per passenger and private dedicated sedan service around AED 1,500–3,500. Current company-level Dubai staff transport pricing on a standard one-pickup/one-drop route is AED 5,500/month for a 14-seat Hiace, AED 6,500 for a 22-seat Sprinter, AED 7,000 for a 30-seat Coaster, AED 7,500 for a 35-seat bus, AED 8,000 for a 40-seat bus, AED 9,000 for a 50-seat coach and AED 10,000 for a 66-seat bus. Those dedicated-vehicle prices include driver, fuel for standard routes, Salik, insurance and maintenance on the cited operator; Smart Group should state its own package.

Dedicated group rates are current standard-route references. Multi-pickup, cross-emirate, split-shift and long-kilometre routes are quoted separately.

7–15 Seater MPV / Van for Small Recurring Routes

Use a 7-seat MPV for one family or a small management group, a 9–10-seat people mover for small office teams, and a 12–15-seat Hiace/Urvan when the route regularly carries more people or bags. A Hiace is especially efficient for one or two residential pickup clusters feeding one office, hotel or free-zone destination.

For school/private recurring pickups, the assigned vehicle and operating arrangement must match the actual passenger-transport requirements; do not assume every staff bus is suitable for every school duty.

Local Pickup & Drop-Off

Common Dubai origins and destinations include Al Barsha, Business Bay, DIFC, Discovery Gardens, Dubai Marina, Dubai South, International City, JLT, JVC, Silicon Oasis, Deira, Bur Dubai, Al Quoz, JAFZA and DIP. For monthly routes, use pickup hubs when several employees live in the same neighbourhood to reduce detours and improve arrival reliability.

Inter-Emirate / Return Routes

Current monthly commuter references advertise Dubai ↔ Sharjah from around AED 650 per shared commuter and Dubai ↔ Abu Dhabi from around AED 2,600 per shared commuter, while dedicated group vans/buses are route-quoted. Inter-emirate contracts should state both directions, pickup hubs, working days and whether the vehicle remains outside Dubai during the shift.

Pickup-Point, Headcount & Timing Changes

Small temporary headcount changes can be absorbed only if seats remain available. A permanent pickup-point addition, shift-time change or capacity increase can change kilometres and driver duty, so it should trigger a revised route sheet and, where necessary, a revised price. Do not overcrowd the existing vehicle to avoid an upgrade.

Billing Cycle, Extra Trips & Notice Period
