For Dubai, we can collect your group from a hotel or residence in areas such as Deira, Bur Dubai, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, JBR or JLT and plan a private route through Old Dubai, Jumeirah, Palm Jumeirah, Marina and Downtown. For Abu Dhabi and Yas Island, the vehicle is booked as an inter-emirate day duty, with road time and stops such as Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Saadiyat, Corniche, Yas Island or your chosen attractions built into the schedule.

Paid attraction entry is not automatically included. For example, Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque itself has free entry, while other attractions may require timed tickets.

Hatta, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah & Custom UAE Tours

Longer UAE day trips need more than a list of attractions—they need a vehicle that is comfortable for the highway portion and enough duty time for stops. Hatta can include Hatta Dam, Wadi Hub, Heritage Village or Hill Park; Fujairah can combine Fujairah Fort, Al Bidyah Mosque, Al Aqah or east-coast stops; Ras Al Khaimah can include city/resort areas or Jebel Jais subject to access and timing. If you want a custom UAE route, send the stops and we will tell you what realistically fits.

Extra Hours / Extra Stops

Your quote changes when the vehicle works longer or the route becomes less efficient. One extra photo stop near the existing route is different from adding another emirate or a two-hour paid attraction. Recommended Vehicles by Group Size

The minimum booking for our Tours service is 7 passengers. From there, we choose the vehicle using passengers plus luggage, tour length and access—not by squeezing the group into the smallest possible vehicle.

Small Private Groups

For 7 passengers, we normally recommend starting with a 10–12 or 12–15 seater passenger van rather than filling a compact people carrier to its limit. For 8–12 guests, Toyota Hiace or Nissan Urvan style vans are efficient for Dubai sightseeing and can also handle full-day inter-emirate tours when luggage is moderate. If your tour starts directly after an airport arrival or hotel checkout, tell us how many suitcases you have because you may need to move up a vehicle size.

Medium & Large Groups

For 13–20 guests, a Toyota Coaster or 20–24 seat minibus gives better boarding and full-day comfort. Around 18–28 guests, a 30-seater works well for corporate visitors, schools and organised tourist groups. For roughly 30–45 travellers, a 49–55 seater coach is normally the right touring category, especially for Abu Dhabi, Fujairah or Ras Al Khaimah days where people spend longer on the road.

The vehicle is private, so your route can be adjusted—but every stop still consumes road, parking and waiting time. We would rather tell you that a plan is too crowded than rush your group through every location.

Suggested Tour Route

For Dubai, an efficient first-time visitor route can start with Old Dubai and Al Fahidi, continue through Jumeirah and Burj Al Arab, then Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina before finishing around Downtown Dubai. For Abu Dhabi from Dubai, an early departure gives enough road time for Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque plus selected city, Saadiyat or Yas stops. For Hatta, Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah, build the day around the major destination first, then add secondary stops only if the duty window can support them.

How much does Tours cost for a group?

We price the vehicle and the booked tour duty, not a generic per-person package. As a current 2026 planning guide, Dubai city-tour market rates are roughly AED 400 for a 7–10 seat vehicle up to 5 hours, AED 450 for 12–15 seats, AED 650 for a 22–30 seat minibus, AED 850 for a 33–35 seat bus and AED 1,000 for a 50-seat coach. For a 10-hour day, comparable public benchmarks are roughly AED 700, AED 800, AED 1,050, AED 1,250 and AED 1,600. Inter-emirate tours such as Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Hatta or Ras Al Khaimah can cost more because of highway distance, total duty time, tolls, parking and waiting. Your Smart Group written quote is the final price.

Does the tour include a driver or guide?

Your tour vehicle is booked with a professional driver for the agreed duty. A driver is not automatically a licensed tour guide. If you want guided commentary, language-specific guiding or a guide to accompany the group at attractions, tell us when you enquire. We can arrange a licensed tour guide subject to availability, and the guide is charged separately from the vehicle rental.

What is included in Tours?

The quotation is built around the private vehicle, professional driver, agreed pickup and final drop, agreed tour route and confirmed operating hours. Fuel, Salik/tolls, parking or other road/venue charges must be treated exactly as stated in your written quote. Attraction tickets, meals, paid activities, licensed guide service, premium event access and overtime are separate unless the quotation explicitly includes them.

How long does Tours take?

A focused Dubai highlights tour can fit into about 5 hours, while a balanced Dubai city day normally needs 8–10 hours. Abu Dhabi from Dubai, Fujairah, Hatta and Ras Al Khaimah are usually full-day vehicle duties because highway travel is part of the tour. Tell us your pickup point and must-see stops first; we will tell you whether the plan realistically fits the hours instead of promising too many attractions in one day.

How booking works.?

Start with the tour date, actual passenger count, hotel or residence pickup, luggage if any, preferred destinations, must-see stops and required return time. Our Tours service is structured for a minimum of 7 passengers.
