Monthly transport should be priced as a recurring duty, not 26 separate daily charters. Current public references show Dubai starting around AED 7,000/month for a 14-seat Hiace, AED 10,000 for a 22-seat Coaster, AED 13,000 for a 30-seat bus and AED 18,000 for a 50-seat coach. Current Abu Dhabi planning ranges are approximately AED 7,200–9,000 for 13–15 seats, AED 8,100–9,900 for 22 seats, AED 9,000–11,400 for 30 seats and AED 15,000–18,000 for 50 seats.

Cross-emirate, multi-pickup, night-shift, high-frequency shuttle and standby contracts can price above a simple one-pickup/one-drop monthly route.

Corporate, Staff, School & Shuttle Services by Emirate

For recurring transport, build the route from employee/student count, pickup clusters, reporting times and operating days. Dubai and Sharjah often involve high-frequency commuter corridors; Abu Dhabi workforce routes may involve Mussafah/ICAD and long internal zones; Ajman and UAQ frequently require cross-emirate planning.
