Daily / Short-Term Pricing

For a temporary office route or short project, daily chauffeur transport is more relevant than dividing the monthly fare. Current Dubai vehicle-only/driver-included references vary by class: small passenger vans commonly cost several hundred dirhams for a day, with larger minibuses and buses increasing by size and hours. If the route will run for more than a week, a monthly contract usually produces better operational consistency than booking each day separately.

Short-term transport should be quoted from actual route/hours; monthly per-passenger fares are not valid day rates.

Monthly / Contract Pricing

Current 2026 Dubai commuter guidance places shared monthly transport around AED 750–1,500 per passenger, private dedicated transport around AED 1,500–3,500 and executive/luxury SUV around AED 4,000–7,500. Dedicated company routes operate at whole-vehicle rates. One current standard-route table publishes AED 5,500/month for 14-seat Hiace, AED 6,500 for 22-seat Sprinter, AED 7,000 for 30-seat Coaster, AED 7,500 for 35 seats, AED 8,000 for 40 seats, AED 9,000 for 50 seats and AED 10,000 for 66 seats. Other 2026 guides put a 14-seat Hiace around AED 5,500–8,500 and 30-seat Coaster around AED 9,500–13,000 depending on scope.

Standard-route figures are current public market references. Multi-pickup, split-shift, cross-emirate and long-kilometre routes are custom quoted.

7–15 Seater MPV / Van for Small Recurring Routes

Use a sedan/SUV or 7-seat MPV for one commuter/family, a 9–10-seat people mover for a compact office team and a 12–15-seat Hiace/Urvan for regular small-company or hotel staff movement. Local Pickup & Drop-Off

Common residential pickups include Al Barsha, Deira, Bur Dubai, Discovery Gardens, International City, JVC, JLT, Dubai Marina, Silicon Oasis and staff accommodation in Muhaisnah/Sonapur areas. Common work destinations include Business Bay, DIFC, JAFZA, Dubai South, DIP, Al Quoz, hotels, malls and project sites.

Inter-Emirate / Return Routes

Monthly Dubai routes can extend to Sharjah, Ajman or Abu Dhabi. Current commuter pages publish Dubai↔Sharjah and Dubai↔Abu Dhabi route products separately because distance and peak traffic materially change the fare. A dedicated group route should always quote both directions and the daily empty/waiting movement of the vehicle.

Pickup-Point, Headcount & Timing Changes

If an employee moves, a new pickup point is added, headcount rises or shift time changes, review the route before implementing the change. If the group outgrows the registered capacity, upgrade the vehicle instead of squeezing more passengers into the current bus. Permanent changes should be reflected in a revised route sheet.

Billing Cycle, Extra Trips & Notice Period

Set monthly billing/payment date, extra-trip rate, weekend/public-holiday policy and notice period for route changes/cancellation. Corporate clients can also define PO, cost centre, service logs or attendance reporting where commercially required.
