Daily / Short-Term Pricing

For a temporary route or short project, dedicated group transport can be booked by day. Current Abu Dhabi rate tables show approximately AED 850 for a 10-hour 13–15-seat Hiace and around AED 1,200 for a 20–24-seat Coaster or 33–35-seat luxury bus, with local one-way references around AED 400–600 depending on size. These are useful when a company needs transport for a week or a few days before committing to a monthly route.

Short-term public rates are planning references. Smart Group should quote exact hours, route and inclusions.

Monthly / Contract Pricing

Current 2026 commuter pricing lists Abu Dhabi→Abu Dhabi sedan/SUV monthly shared/private at AED 1,800–2,400; Abu Dhabi→Mussafah around AED 2,000; Abu Dhabi→Dubai shared around AED 3,000 and private around AED 6,200. For a dedicated company vehicle, current Abu Dhabi planning ranges are roughly AED 6,000–9,000/month for 7–15-seat routes and AED 7,800–9,900 for 20–22 seats. Larger 30–50-seat staff routes should be quoted from actual shifts and kilometres rather than extrapolating a per-seat commuter price.

Dedicated company transport should define daily trips, shifts, route km, fuel, tolls/parking and driver hours.

7–15 Seater MPV / Van for Small Recurring Routes

A sedan/SUV or 7-seat MPV suits an individual, family or small executive route. A 12–15-seat Hiace is practical for hotel teams, office staff and small Mussafah work groups. On longer routes, rear A/C and seat condition matter as much as capacity.

15–84 Seater Minibus / Bus for Staff, School or Larger Groups

Use a 20–22-seat Coaster for medium teams, 30–35-seat buses for larger hotel/corporate routes and 50–84-seat buses for major workforce transport. Industrial sites and staff accommodations should have a safe loading area and suitable gate access for the selected vehicle.

Local Pickup & Drop-Off

Common areas include Abu Dhabi Corniche/CBD, Al Reem Island, Khalifa City, MBZ City, Mussafah, Yas Island, Al Raha, Airport Road, Mohammed Bin Zayed City and nearby staff accommodations. For a monthly route, cluster passengers by neighbourhood so the vehicle reaches the destination on time without unnecessary loops.

Inter-Emirate / Return Routes

Monthly routes can extend Abu Dhabi ↔ Dubai, Al Ain or Sharjah. Current public pricing lists Abu Dhabi→Dubai shared around AED 3,000/month and private around AED 6,200, while Abu Dhabi→Al Ain private is around AED 6,000. Larger group vans/buses need a dedicated route quote because daily kilometres and driver duty are substantially higher.

Cross-emirate route rates are current public planning signals, not guaranteed Smart Group tariffs.

Pickup-Point, Headcount & Timing Changes

A small headcount change is acceptable only while registered seats remain available. Permanent new pickup points, shift changes or a material increase in staff should trigger a revised route sheet and, if required, a different vehicle/price. Do not overload a smaller van to avoid a capacity upgrade.

Billing Cycle, Extra Trips & Notice Period
