For a 7-seat Kia Carnival-style MPV, a current Dubai passenger-transport rate card publishes about AED 65–80 per hour, AED 270–350 for five hours and AED 550–650 for ten hours. A 9-seat Hyundai Staria-style vehicle is currently around AED 65–90 per hour, AED 300–350 for five hours and AED 550–650 for ten hours. A 10-seat Hiace-style passenger van is publicly listed around AED 80 per hour and AED 750 for ten hours. These are useful market references only. Weekly / Monthly Rates

For a visiting management team, family stay, hotel guest movement or recurring business itinerary, a weekly or monthly with-driver package can be cleaner than booking a fresh vehicle every day. A current 7-seat passenger-transport rate card publishes around AED 3,300–3,500 for six 10-hour days and around AED 8,600 for 26 ten-hour days. Current chauffeur-market packages vary much more widely depending on premium vehicle tier and included driver coverage. We therefore quote the 7–10 seater around your actual daily report time, finish time, route and days per week.

7–8 Seater MPV / Minivan

Use a 7–8 seater for a family, hotel guests, airport transfer, small executive team or private group when the luggage still fits comfortably. Kia Carnival, Toyota Granvia/Previa-style MPVs and Mercedes V-Class/Viano-type people carriers fit this service well. For six people with several large suitcases, we may recommend the 8-seat or larger category instead of treating every nominal seat as usable luggage space.

9–10 Seater MPV / Van-Style People Carrier

For seven to nine passengers, multiple suitcases or a full business/family itinerary, a 9–10 seater minivan is normally the stronger product. Hyundai Staria-style 9 seaters and 10-seat Hiace-style passenger vans sit close to our core van-rental business, giving you more practical group space without moving straight into a minibus. This is the category we deliberately promote when a 7-seat MPV would be technically full but operationally uncomfortable.

Hourly Disposal / Multi-Stop Chauffeur Service

Hourly disposal works well when you know the approximate number of hours but not the exact point-to-point sequence. Current 7-seat and 9-seat public references start around AED 65 per hour, but real bookings are usually subject to a minimum duty or are commercially stronger as a five-hour package. Send us the pickup time, expected finish and likely areas; we will price enough time for traffic, parking and waiting instead of pretending that map driving time is the whole job.

For a full day, current public 7–9 seat market references are around AED 550–650 for ten hours, while 10-seat Hiace-style passenger-van examples are around AED 750 for ten hours. Multi-day work should be quoted around the same group and vehicle for continuity where availability permits. If the route includes Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, RAK, Fujairah or several late finishes, tell us before booking because driver duty, mileage and return time change the commercial structure.

Pickup Confirmation and Driver Contact

Before service, confirm the pickup address, date, time, passenger contact, passenger count and luggage. For airport arrivals, add the flight number and terminal. For hotels or towers, use the actual property name and entrance where possible. Dispatch can then coordinate the driver and correct 7–10 seater rather than sending a vehicle that is too small for the people and bags.

Waiting, Added Stops and Schedule Changes

A with-driver booking gives you flexibility, but the vehicle and driver are still reserved against an agreed operating window. If a meeting overruns, you add a restaurant, move the final drop to another emirate or keep the vehicle several hours longer, contact dispatch so the driver duty and rate can be extended properly. We will state the overtime treatment in advance rather than turning an itinerary change into a surprise charge later.
